Greenwood Awarded Deficiency Free Survey!

Greenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a deficiency-free survey for 2015 by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health makes unannounced annual visits to health care facilities every nine to fifteen months to evaluate the facility's compliance with state and federal regulations. The rigorous survey examines a multitude of quality, safety and performance issues including medication management, proper skin care, food service, environmental safety, and respect for patients' rights and dignity.

Located at 90 Greenwood St. Wakefield, MA, Greenwood Nursing and Rehab is a 36-bed, skilled nursing facility providing short-term and long-term nursing services.
